This is the first remote medical assistance system in Europe. It established health telematics communication between Specialized Dispensary in Gomel, Belarus, and a relevant World Health Organization Collaborating Centre. The functionality of this web app includes collecting and processing medical data and teleconsulting. Other features include follow-up system for patients with thyroid cancer, well-built clinical database and information center for experience exchange, educational training and medical consulting services by professionals from all over the world.
